In 2008, my family and I started our bearing manufacturing journey by using the XIR letter, which represents our principles of action, as our corporate brand. At the beginning, we clearly defined the company’s vision and guiding principles for action. Under its guidance, our enterprise undergoes small changes every three years and major changes every five years. We have successively established Shandong Donglian Bearing Co., Ltd. (roller bearing manufacturing), Shandong Dongben Bearing Co., Ltd. (ball bearing manufacturing), Shandong Hilton Technology Co., Ltd. (self-produced bearing export service), etc., gradually moving our business towards a group oriented development.

The company is located north of Xishou Road in Mahuzhai Village, Tangyuan Town, Linqing City, Shandong Province, only 11 kilometers away from Yandian Town, the hometown of bearings in China. As of the beginning of 2024, the enterprise has a land area of 14000 square meters, a workshop area of over 10000 square meters, a building area of 1000 square meters, and more than 100 employees (including 12 core management personnel and 4 core technical personnel).

The company has successively introduced CRM and ERP management systems and passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. The habit of lean production has been implemented among employees in various workshops early on.

The company is gradually expanding its full process production equipment, especially gradually adopting fully automated production equipment to replace old equipment, in order to achieve the goal of zero defects in the entire process from steel to bearings.

The company has been equipped with independent testing laboratories, packaging profilers, roundness meters, length meters, sine meters, metallographic analyzers and other testing equipment. The process inspection and inspection system is carried out by dedicated personnel, providing reliable guarantee for product quality.

At present, the company has a production capacity of over 40 million sets, providing stable support for well-known brand enterprises in multiple industries, including motors, axles, reducers, air compressors, differentials, rollers, agricultural machinery, and other fields.
